[TheForge] Draining the lines

Is it possible to postv photos on this list somehow? Be helpful to show the forge set-up I think.
So, usually the gas just sits in the line then I guess for folks? 
The hose going outside is pretty heavuy duty and goes through a small piece of pvc piping at the wood window I made. I've never extended anything from the regulator thus the confusion sadly. I guess the usual shut down it just tank and then at the forge and that's it?
