I think  this will bring you up the S2 material specs:

If you'r browsing through, it is under "tools steels"
note that there also exists an "S2M" aka "S-2M™" which appears to be
proprietary.
Sorry, I don't have any direct experience with it...

is their list of tool steels on reference.  I know there's lots of
places... but my Jorgenson book, albeit dated, didn't
have S2 (only S1, S5, and S7).
