Have you guys never seen that article from someone who told us about (AFTER YOUR ARM IS NOT HURTING) putting a rubber band around your finger tips at the cuticles on the offending arm. Then open the fingers to exercise the opening muscles and tendons which are being overcome by the closing muscles because you are gripping your hammer or whatever too hard.
At the first sign of pain, STOP. Come back to it when you are ready. As you get stronger, build yourself up to broccoli or even asparagus . Exercise this as you do your stomach muscle, daily.
