"Talked into" is the key phrase: whose decision was it to sue? Ever get
talked into an insurance policy? A car? a MURDER? Great defense in any
situation: "I got talked into it". Which part of "no thank you" was hard
to understand?
Ambulance chaser? Sure there's a reason for the phrase. But its not
because it happens, its because people like to believe it happens. Anybody
out there know of a single instance of actual ambulance chasing? OR
anything like it? Then report it to your bar association, don't help
perpetuate the myth.
