[TheForge] Forging a post vice

I have an old vice where the thread box was made by swaging it over the
screw. I discovered this when it started to slip. I fixed it using the
same method, I got the box hot, quickly inserted the screw and hammered it
into the swage block.

I have seen threads made for a screw by drilling and inserting a row of
brass/bronze bolts/rods so that the flat ends fit into the threads of the
screw.
