	Methinks Ries is right on the money here.  It is a similar decision to 
the buy/make the tool.  Lots of people make when the proper decision is 
to buy.  But as he wrote, as long as you are aware of what you are doing 
and why, just about anything goes.

	Rest of the post is similarly on the money.

	And FWIW, going "green" is largely a load of crap once an analysis 
similar to what Ries made in terms of "hidden" costs is undertaken. 
Being "on grid" is probably the greenest practical choice you will be 
able to make.
