[TheForge] Frosty bones and drybrushing

No, osteoporosis isn't a factor, just the opposite. If
I had normal bone density for a (then) 54 yr old the
surgeon said he would've put everything where it was
supposed to go and told me to be happy with whatever
range I got back and learn to live with the pain. As it
was my bone density is really good and all the
fractures were clean, sharp and keyed together well, so
he spent 7 1/2 hrs. doing as good a job as he could
because I had a high probability of full recovery.

The elbow socket joint was split in two and has healed
completely, moves smoothly with no pain. Virtually all
my loss of range is from soft tissue scaring on and
near the olacronon(sp?) process. Even now, right after
surgery #4 I have better than 85% range and am getting
more every time I push the limits.
