Dry brushing is brushing on paint with a brush that is far from 
dripping.   The effect is that generally on the high spots get paint, 
and then not completely.   You would think that laying down dark grey 
and then dry brushing with silver would give a very different effect 
than laying down silver and dry brushing with grey, but oddly, I don't 
see much difference.   I will look for an example.
