The surgery on his [left] upper arm went fairly well – Jer says other
than the stitches, he is already more mobile than after his last
surgeries. There was a lot less muscle involvement with the surgery
this time around. It was way less invasive, and the bone graft will
hopefully speed up his over-all recovery. He'll be in a cast for a few
weeks and will (again) be on a strict weight/lifting restriction for
several months (at least <sigh>), but with any luck at all – this will
be the added boost that blasted arm needs to finish up this last
fractured bit. *I* look forward to him "maybe" being ready to look for
a new JOB come spring <fingers crossed>.
