[TheForge] OT--Gas prices, gas shortages, price gouging?

A recent report on one of the nightly news shows stated the USA is exporting 
5% of its refined gas - the most since WWII.  And that's despite 'no new 
refineries'.

Gas here in NW Arkansas went up 20 cents at most stations on Friday and then 
another 10 cents yesterday.  Citgo raised the price per gal by almost 50 cents 
Friday.
