[TheForge] OT--Gas prices, gas shortages, price gouging?

There seem to be covert policies in place.
For example, I'd bet that not too many of you knew that WV has LOTS of
oil. Companies are drilling here all the time, and ever well they tap
gets capped and buried and marked.
