Short sale may be possible in this case.

For anyone interested, the RE agent's name is Peggy Phillips and her 
cell number is (727) 422-9300.  Office at (727) 397-1800.  She has all 
the information on the property and will be able to assist anyone 
interested in it.

So far several people have expressed interest.  I'm hopeful that a 
mutually beneficial outcome will result from my small interference.
