In response to this the following was just posted on "latest news" on the ABANA Web Site home page:
-------------
Election Drawing Questions
What to do if you received a ballot without a ballot number.
Ballots are serial numbered in order to identify the winners in the "Vote to Win" drawing. The ballot number is printed in red on the tab that you keep and also on the ballot form that is to be mailed. However it seems that a few ballots did not get serial numbers. If your ballot and stub has no serial number please write your phone number on the ballot in the area normally used for a return address. (Upper left on the face with the destination address and the postage.)
If you have already mailed your ballot and the tab does not have a red number (it is on the other side...) then please e-mail the central office at abana at abana.org and let them know your contact information. Should a blank ballot be drawn you will be in a secondary drawing among all those in this situation.
We believe that this is a very rare case and we thank you for your patience.
