I got mine a couple of days ago and it had numbers printed on the ballot
matching the ones on the stub. I've already sent in my ballot. 
You should contact the ABANA office and see if they can correct the error.

I just got my Anvil's Ring.  It has the Ballot for the ABANA election in it 
which says to keep the stub for the drawing. But there is no number on the 
ballot or the stub. Am I missing something, how is this drawing going to 
work?
