Maybe you didnt see this link before- I posted it yesterday.
but here is a cole drill- it is essentially a manual mag drill- the
same in principle, but with no magnet.
But, as far as I know, they havent made em new in some time.
So you scan garage sales, craigslist, ebay, and antique stores.
