We agree on something again Andy!
It's the same phenomenon that has affected ( read screwed) our 
diminishing junkyards and ourselves.
We move into an " undesirable" area to enjoy the freedoms ( noise, 
smoke, offensive art and junk) that go with the drawbacks of those places.
The area becomes arty and hip, then we get priced out or harassed into 
leaving . I've seen it over and over again. They ruin neighborhoods.
I'm not pleased to see real estate agents and their consequences.
