[TheForge] losing an engine on takeoff

My father-in-law (now 85) had the most engine fires in the B36 of all 
pilots in the USAF.  In the transition to the B47, on his first flight 
he lost 3 engines on one wing (it was a 6 engine jet) on takeoff.  He 
said it was an interesting ride.  He retired with over 13,000 hours 
flying time from WW2 to VietNam.  Anybody wants to discuss flying those
