[TheForge] Safety -- Turning Things Off

Remembering to turn everything off, check the forge, woodstove, air
compressor etc. can be a real problem. My worst one is leaving the gas
cylinders turned on because I going to use them again right away then
getting on to something else and forgetting them.
One of the simplest solutions for this is a very simple check list. Pilots
have been using these since at least WWII and it has save a lot of lives.
The list doesn't have to be long or take much time -- but something you
always do before leaving the shop.
It works for young and old farts alike.
