[TheForge] Platen Table Dogs.

Chuck,
No we haven't figured out why.  A one broke close to where it enters  
the table and the other two just after the bend above the table.  As  
far as our heat treating plans I have no idea.  Way too many deadlines  
to address platen dogs.  When we get around to it I will try to let  
you know what we end up doing and how it works.  Thanks for your input.

If you normalize the 4140 after forging, to refine the grain  
structure, and then bake them for several hours after hardening them  
they should last a long time.
