That is where the old  Price,timing, quality, pick any two comes in.
I won't cut quality, so that is one.
Customer gets the second pick, price or timing.

If I can do it during the winter when I am just putzing around anyway, 
some money is better than no money and it keeps me from being bored. 
This often means that they get to wait 8-10 months. Sometimes they 
choose to pay enough to distract me from regular lucrative work. It is 
their choice.
