One other source you may check is Carter.  For years they just specialized
in bandsaw bearings and guides.  They're all I use on my 3 bandsaws.  They
even fixed me up on my 1914 Oliver 36".  They have any size tire you may
need, plus either rubber cement for wheels 20" and under, and epoxy for 20+
up to 42", that's a lot of tire!  They are also carrying large wheels for
some of the big guys, 36" to 42"
