[TheForge] Steel attaching to masonry

The oven we build at the Fowler Park Pioneer Village did not have the
doors attached at all.  They had a handle/stand and slid into a bit of
a tunnel and since they were not against the fire the stone tends to
expand more than the door and so it never gets tight.  I do not know
if this is historically accurate but it works.
