I'm in the UK, don't drink Coke, but the missus does, so this
conversation made me curious. Just before I read your Stevia messgage I
was surfing and found this:

Looks like all the (real) coke in the UK probably currently sucrose
based, I'd expect from sugar-beets, but maybe from cane.
No idea about the Stevia, but it looks like a sugar substitute with 300
times the sweetness of sucrose. See the Wikipedia entry, it talks about
the Coca-cola company developing a sweetener derived from it.
