[TheForge] building a fence

The Invisible fence worked ok till our lab mix found out it would quit 
shocking him after he got through.. Then he wouldnt come home because it 
would pop him coming in.

I ended up installing a real electric fence and after the got the 
teetotal hell knocked out of him a couple of times I dont even need to 
plug it in any more..
