[TheForge] building a fence

The invisible fence does work and does work well for most dogs. There are
some that can out smart it. Know of a case where a bounder collie learn how
to run down the batteries and then leave. All of these units have a
auditable alarm that goes off to warn the dog they are going to get shocked
if they go farther. This collie would go up to the area where the alarm
would go off and lay down and just wait for the alarm to die down -- meaning
the battery was dead and it was safe to go for a run. Dog would then come
home for dinner.

Smarter than your average dog or blacksmith. (Blacksmithing content.)
