[TheForge] Cleaning and Lubricating( almost on subject )

My good pocket watch has died.  The repairman says it just needs
cleaning.  Unfortunately cleaning would be $100.  The watch may be
worth $125.  Where should be some way that I could clean and oil it
myself.  The repairman says that the watch was designed to be cleaned
and adjusted every six months.  I think that means that there should
be an easy way to clean and oil this peice of "fine" smithwork.
