I saw the thread regarding Evaporust and thought that I would try some.
Mine arrived last week, and the stuff is incredible, removed surface
rust on a small screw plate in about an hour. It took a little longer to
creep in and around the rusted in place screw dies and allow them to be
removed. I haven't tried it on mill scale or rifle bluing yet. It has no
effect on the base iron that I can see. WOW.
This joins the ranks of my Timewave audio filter and my SGC ham radio
tuner of things that work as advertised right out of the box.
