hello;

jobs in america are basically heading for low wage
service position. just watch several of the cable
or dish network shows. the foodnetwork has a show
called 'unwrapped' where they show how various food
items are made. yesterday evening the show showed
the frito-lay plant in franklin, indiana. there
cheetos are made. the plant is mainly computerized.
only ten people work there. many of the shows clear
show how the plants are being computerized and less
humans are needed to work the plant.

the discovery channel's series 'how it is made' shows
the same.

america is a 3rd world banana republic. anyone who has
been caught up in the american legal system and abused
by the american legal profession will more than likely
say the same. even the legal profession and the legal
system are plagued by sub standard workminship.
after nearly two yrs, on 22 may 2008, we received the
ruling from the appeals court concerning legal nightmare
1. the ruling had an obvious error in it yet three judges
all signed the ruling. probably without even reading it.
whoever, typed the ruling made an error subtracting two
dates to find the number of weeks. the dates, were
10 nov 1998 and 17 mar 2006. plug them into a spreadsheet
and you can easily obtain the number of days inclusive
then a simple divide by 7 to get the number of weeks.
the ruling has that there are 18 weeks , 2 days; when in
fact there are 227 weeks. that is a big difference.
since there was an error on the ruling a motion had to be
made to get the ruling corrected. after the wheels of the
legal system ground slowly on the corrected ruling is finally
received yesterday, 9 june 2008. errors like these have just
caused the legal nightmares to just keep dragging on.

become damaged and broken and see how you are treated
by any employer and even the local and state governments.
they do not want damaged and broken people around.

i will not even start on the american medical system.

the american employment has shifted back to earlier
century treatment of employees. use them up and spit
them out. if they become damaged or broken get rid
of them. if there is an accident hope that everyone
involved is killed , it is less expensive to settle.
