I must say that we are far from second rate, on the other hand I have
seen the mind set of the worker change,mostly for the worse, over the
last several years. the labor force seems to see no reason to have to
work hard or even show up if they do not want to. I find this somewhat
upsetting. I have heard people tell the boss F you I wont do that job
right to his face.
  sadly the unskilled jobs are the ones that run the country, they are
the ones spending all the money, not the rich ones making 100 k, so by
letting those jobs leave we will end up with a two cast society, those
of us that wish we had a dime and those who have more money than they
really need.
I just hope and pray that we survive.
