When i restored the backhoe years ago i used a
benjamin moore product which seemed perfect. it took
the residual iron oxide and transformed it into
ironsilicate which left the netal with a glasslike
sheen that they said would withstand the elements for
a year. Now all the dealers and the company directly
say that due to volatile emission regulations they are
unable to sell the stuff. do it yourself wrought iron.
Are there any products that use that chemical process.
i was away and for all i know i may discover it
further on in this remarkably fluid flow of ideas.
THanks again.
