[TheForge] Searching for an anvil and a kiln

One major reason kilns die is the elements go.  Used to be, every
hardware store sold NiChrome wire to replace these elements.  You
matched size and resistance to the old one, strung it over the
supports, made connections (usually crimped) and you were back in
business.
