[TheForge] High temperature cement?

I haven't done it yet to many other projects, but to line my
coal/charcoal burner I have 1 part portland cement, 2 parts fire clay
and 2 parts vermiculite. I was told to mix as dry as possible and pack
it in place and let it dry slowly a week or two before the first fire to
avoid cracks. I was told this would last even considering in my case
the fire pot will be constructed out of the cement/forge liner. I think
there is a similar recipe on Anvil Fire.
