[TheForge] High temperature cement?

I can't help with the high temp stuff, but one person I know uses one bag of 
Portland cement to two bags of sand.
Frank Turley's his name, runs a blacksmithing school in Santa Fe, New 
Mexico.  He's been smithing and teaching for like 200 years :o)
