Yes, they do. The section with the hooks (and there are 4) is an easy
sliding/rotating fit on the shaft.

The tail of the shaft is about the right size to fit in a hardy hole, and it
does have a slot punched all the way through it which could take a wedge to
lock it onto something.

NOT a slaughter hook.    You would never hang three carcasses together ...
need air space.  And since these hooks are really heavy don't suggest that
they could be for small animals like chickens or rabbits. :-)

My question is, will the hooks slide on the rod?  They appear like they
might be able to.
