(I imagine you meant urologist rather then neurologist.)

I received the below info from another smith and am passing it along

Tom Clark called tonight (Tuesday, January 29) to let me know the
results of his full body scan.  The news from the body scan are good,
there are no signs of any cancer external to the bladder!  The
Urologist and surgeon still have scheduled his bladder removal
surgery scheduled for Thursday, February 14.  Tom is now content with
the scheduled date for the bladder removal surgery for the
Neurologist told him today that there is no chance for the bladder
cancer to metastasize within that period of time and also that there
is no room in the Neurologist's or the surgeon's schedule to move up
the surgery.  The Neurologist told Tom if the surgery was an
emergency situation then they would make every effort to reschedule
his operation.  Tom's spirit is high and he knows he has a lot of his
friend's pulling for him in their thoughts and Prayers.
