[TheForge] Tom clark update

This was sent to me and I am forwarding it to the forge

Tom Clark called last night (Thursday, January 24) to let me know 
that his full body scan is set of today, Friday (1/25), and he has a 
reading scheduled with his doctor for Tuesday (1/29).  The Urologist 
and surgeon have scheduled his bladder removal surgery scheduled for 
Thursday, February 14.  Tom is very discouraged with them delaying it 
for several weeks; particularly, due to the fact they found 
additional tumors in the bladder and were emphatic about the urgent 
need for its removal.  After his appointment today for the body scan 
he intends to visit his doctors office and appeal to have the surgery 
performed ASAP.  He is quite worried about the cancer metastasizing 
outside the liver plus he wants to get the operation over with and 
proceed with his life.  I will let you know of further development as 
soon as I am informed.

Tom's spirit is high and he knows he has a lot of his friend's 
pulling for him with both thoughts and Prayers.
