[TheForge] coloring copper On , and OT

There is no such a thing as a durable patina on copper.  They are all 
thin, frail, and will not stand up to any abuse.  Many of these finishes 
are flaky and unless protected with, say, wax they will not last even 
indoors.  They won't last for beans outdoors.
