Looking for some suggestions re telephone shop communications.

I have a 220, 50 amp buried line to the shop but no communication line. I
was hoping to do something wireless. I did not mind digging 20 years ago but
not up to digging again. The shop is 110' from the house. The shop is small and
very noisy when gas forge and power hammer are running.

I figured to buy another wireless phone to connect with my Panasonic KX
TG5776 at the house and put in the shop. I think it will reach that far ok. Any
suggestions re a wireless hookup that would blink a red light or provide
amplification or some such thing to let me know the phone is ringing.
Alternatively, some sort of wireless communication system from the house to the shop so
my wife can call and tell me one of the kids is on the line...or whatever.
Otherwise she has to make a trip through the mud to the shop.

Thanks for any ideas.
