[TheForge] 4x6 saw adjustment

Two adjustments: like camber & toe-in on a vehicle- the top wheel should be
in the same verticle plane as the bottom wheel and tilted slightly in at the
top, toward the ridge., and as stated, the blade should be tight then
loosened after use. Ron C
