[TheForge] HELP---Drilling A-R Plate

Hmmmm... well, if you don't NEED the AR plate, then why use it? Mild
steel isn't that expensive. A little cost analysis would seem to be in
order. Having someone else drill the holes is probably going to cost
you more than a plate of mild steel. Labor tends to be very costly on a
unit-time basis when compared with common materials. The simple
analysis is to price the plate + your time to drill vs. the drilling job
+ your time to shuttle the work back and forth. You can choose the one
that costs you less.

If you have to do it yourself, you could use diamond core-type drills,
but ot be honest I think it would be a lot more trouble than it is worth
- unless this is going to be a very well paying job.
