Eric,
I do this all the time, and school kids really do have the ability to
pay atteniton. You will find that if you do a quick demo like making a
leaf or some such that the door will open very fast.I work in an 1830
village and will talk about the many things that blacksmiths made and
how much everyone needed them. from there you will find that the
questions will keep you busy.
