The fasted way to make a sword when asked is to use a double headed nail
from the hardware store.  Heat the nail flatten the two heads to make the
handle and then draw out the other end for the blade.  The one asking will
be disappointed but tell him this is the demo sword a real one is $1000 with
half up front for the deposit.

When asked how hot is the steel tell them if they give you a quarter you
will lick it.  Of course you lick the quarter and put it in your pocket.
Some of your group ask for a dollar to lick. 

Could make a small tomahawk from 1/8 X 1/2.  Make the eye about pencil size.

Split cross out of 3/8 square.  I band saw the blanks before hand

older ones.
