Terry, I'm a relative newcomer to the list.  Reading about your situation in 
this post just confirms to me the way our judicial system can be.  I don't 
know anything about your "case", but it apparently has been long and drawn 
out.  Is there any other info about it in the archives?  I always try to 
read as much as I can as to avoid these problems.  Sure sorry that you're 
involved in something like this.
