Yes,  just so.  You need a heavy, sturdy bench and a widget.  The
widget  is roughly mushroom-shaped with a square head that fits in  the
slot

Thank you , Michael. You would have thought a way over-mature  adult like 
myself might have figured that out. I have even found a bolt that  will work 
nicely. Just need to weld a couple wings on the nut.
