thats right, my mother in law had cancer 18 years ago, she was sure
she was dead and I was sure she would not live. Few days latter she
changed her mind and started to fight even though her odds were poor
she is still alive today and I really think that a persons attitude
can and does make a differance .  Having a really good doctor does not
hurt. so the more support and prayer that the person gets the better
off they are. I know how much it helped when my wife had a 30% chance
eight years ago, I still have her.
It can be very hard to keep fighting when you feel so very sick that
you feel like it would be better to just give up and die. Help Tom
keep on fighting, it will get better.
