A few years back Steve Howell was kind enough to post a bit of a guideline  
on what people are charging in the Seattle area for utility handrail, from  
simplest cut and paste up to but not including utterly original  
commissions.
Anyone want to share what they see for pricing?
I just finished an quality cut/paste job for an old friend, sch. 40 pipe,  
4" pickets, assembled on site because of a variety of angles and pitches,  
and I tracked my expenses, but am curious whether I'd be competetive in  
the market...
