You  know Peter, the master smith may just be tired of 
talking to educated idiots. I know I used to be able to 
keep really busy when certain guys from the office 
visited us in the field, could hardly find time to say 
a word to em. <grin>

I've tried making fire steels from mild and couldn't 
get a spark for nothing, I doube wrought would work 
very well either.
