[TheForge] OT. Need torque specs on metric SS bolts (was: Great Resource Library)

Does anyone know of a listing of torquing specs for 7 mm coarse-thread
SS bolts?  (Sorry, I don't have grade of SS, but it's probably 18-8,
304 or 316)  This is a real, practical problem.  On the basis of
information we found for 1/4-20 steel and SS bolts, plus the size
difference, we guesstimated ~120 in-lbs.
