It's a gun (blown) burner though right?
In a naturally aspirated burner the propane is injected
at high velocity and induces intake air by producing a
vacuum in the confines of the burner tube. A naturally
aspirated burner's jet has to be carefully sized so it
induces the correct amount of air for the desired burn.
When properly sized and tuned all you need to do to
adjust a naturally aspirated burner is adjust the
propane pressure as induction is a relatively flat
curve ratio.
Both types of burner work well and have pros and cons
to consider.

I am pretty sure that the venturi hole in the body of
my Fogg style forge is 1/16" w/the air/fuel mixture
being forced through it.
