My 150 gal tank is out near the hwy where the truck can get a
hose to it. It is bolted to a deep foundation () earthquake
country). I hand dug a 3' trench about 150' down the rocky ridge
to the house and then off to the shop, lined it with sand, and
the propane folks came in and laid a 3/4", high pressure plastic
line which threaded into my black iron risers at either end. I
put in a big adjustable regulator at the tank end, set to 30 psi.
At the house end i have a low pressure regulator....at the
shop...well, it's plugged, waiting for my back to recover before i
can put in the gas plumbing...meanwhile, i have a wet tube on the
big tank to refill my little tanks for the shop.
Yeah..i've got gas..urrrrrp...scuse...pf
